Built to keep house moving crews moving.
TRT House Jacking Plants help crews raise, transfer and load buildings more safely, smoothly and efficiently. Designed for relocation work, they support faster site preparation and easier transfer onto the trailer. Available in single or double-acting systems, each setup can be configured to suit your crew, your job and the way you work.
-
Double-Acting Hydraulic System
TRT offers a very safe, robust double acting system.
Using counterbalance locking valves, TRT's jacking plants give owners and operators piece of mind.
With the addition of the remote control option, a single operator can easily control the lift / lower operation. -
Low flow / high flow system
Low pressure ensures each jack makes contact before the lift begins. High pressure then lifts once the building is evenly supported.
-
Quick Release Couplings
Counterbalance valves and quick release couplings across the hose harness speed up setup without compromising pressure integrity. The system connects quickly and holds safely when hoses are disconnected mid-operation. Less time rigging and de-rigging means more of the day is spent on the move.
-
Power Pack / Control Manifold
All TRT power packs are standardized with 16 individual jack ports.
Please contact the TRT trailer sales team if a custom / larger power pack solution is required.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is the difference between a single-acting and double-acting house jacking system?
Single-acting jacks lift hydraulically and lower by gravity. Double-acting jacks power both lift and lower, giving crews more control and safer lifting.
-
What jack capacity should I choose, 4-tonne or 10-tonne?
Jack capacity depends on the building weight and jack layout. 4-tonne jacks suit most residential jobs, while heavier or more complex lifts may need 10-tonne jacks. TRT can confirm the right setup before build.
-
Can TRT build a system to a specific jack count or configuration?
Yes. TRT builds house jacking systems to order with full customisation available.
